Parenting Tip Taken from the Journal of American Health Association – 8 ounces of water for our children can make a big difference. First, increasing your water intake by just 8 ounces of water a day significantly improves a child’s ability to learn. The second part if that 76% of boys are dehydrated which makes them appear hyper, overactive, and disengaged. Encourage kids to get a drink of water from our water fountain - it is cold and filtered! You can’t get much better than that!
