2025-2026 Van Driver/Logistics WC: We are looking for an experienced van driver during the school year. This is a part-time, employee hourly position. The current schedule is 8:15-10 AM and 2:45-4:15 Monday-Friday. There is also an option to add two hours/week to pick up our orders and supplies. This is a great job for someone who is looking for a job to be a part of something fun and exciting. If your child attends Dr. John Long Middle School, Wiregrass Elementary, or Seven Oaks, you can work while they’re in school. Palooza Summer CAmp 2026

Summer Camp Instructor: We are looking for energetic and eager teachers for our summer camp. The job is available June 1-July 31, 2026. You will be provided a list of openings during that time period that need to be staffed. You can work the whole summer or a few weeks. Plans are created for you, and it is your responsibility to manage a group of 13 students with a teacher assistant. Most days will require driving to local field trips, and you will travel with a partner team. All trips are planned too. We just need your expertise to provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our clients. One hour of tutoring per day is also expected, and those plans are prepared for you too. Work hours are 8 AM-4:15 PM with a 45-minute lunch break. Please complete our application on our website.

Tutoring

Elementary School Tutor WC: Looking for instructional tutors to assist students in the areas of reading, writing, and/or math. Florida certification is required.

Work hours are 8:30 AM-12 PM, 1-3 PM, 4-6 PM, 4-6:45 PM, or 5-6:45 PM. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. You will work with small groups and/or individual students. We provide that additional reinforcement of skills and work with the students’ classroom teachers to create the best outcomes possible. This is a 10-month position, but you will have the option to work during public school breaks during our camp sessions. Hourly wage is $21-29 depending on experience and certifications as an employee.

Key Responsibilities Job Description

  1. Instruction and Curriculum Development:

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.

    • Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.

    • Use a variety of teaching methods to enhance learning and cater to the diverse needs of students.

  2. Classroom Management:

    • Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among students.

    • Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.

  3. Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

    • Assess and document student progress through observations, assessments, and conferences.

    • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.

    • Identify students’ learning needs and adapt teaching methods to meet these needs.

  4. Parental and Community Engagement:

    • Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and needs.

    • Participate in school community events and foster a strong sense of community within the classroom.

  5. Professional Development:

    • Stay updated with current educational trends and best practices.

    • Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development sessions.

  6. Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and school leadership.

    • Participate in curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.


Substitute Instructor for the Red Hawk Academy

  • Work hours are 8:00 AM-3 PM. You will be provided a 30-minute lunch break and a 15-minute planning break each day. You will be compensated $135/day as a contractor.

  • Responsible for providing an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, physical and psychological growth

  • Create and implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences

  • Update and maintain all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws 

  • Identifies, selects, and modifies instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs

  • Maintains discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the center.

  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with students, parents, and other professionals on a regular basis.

  • Models professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, peers, and community.

  • Ensures that student growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for age group, subject area, and/or program classification.

  • Communicates necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and parents regarding student progress and student needs

  • Adheres to all policies, procedures and business ethic codes

  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Ability 

  • A bachelor's Degree in relevant subject area is preferred

  • Strong classroom management skills 

  • Highly organized; flexible in meeting the needs of students and their families

  • Ability to create lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse student population

  • Technologically savvy

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes up to 40 lbs.

  • Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.

  • Must be able to move around campus.
