Breakfast Club (Before School Support)
Schools Served: Dr. John Long Middle School, Wiregrass Elementary, Seven Oaks Elementary
Hours: 7:15 AM until school drop-off
Start your student’s day with calm, structured support. Breakfast Club gives students a positive morning routine, helps them stay caught up on schoolwork, and sets the tone for a successful day.
Students can choose from:
Homework completion or review
Enrichment lessons (math, reading, or skill-building activities)
Computer-based classwork assigned by teachers
Arts & crafts
STEM challenges
Morning clubs such as chess, logic games, or creative projects
This program is perfect for families who need early-morning coverage or for students who thrive with a focused, supportive start to their day.
Study Lab (After School Support 4–6 PM)
Flexible attendance: 1–4 days per week
Grades: Elementary through high school
Study Lab is our structured, two-hour academic support block designed to help students stay organized, finish homework correctly, and build strong study habits.
Each session includes:
1 hour of subject-specific tutoring (math, reading, writing, study skills or any class they need help in)
1 hour of study skills such as homework completion, organizing materials, grade checks, and planning ahead
For 6th–12th graders, we also:
Monitor the student’s online gradebook weekly
Contact teachers as needed to collaborate on missing work, retakes, or classroom expectations
Provide accountability to keep students on track
Study Lab is great for students who need steady academic support, help with executive functioning, and a consistent place to get homework done.
VIP Club (Five-Day Comprehensive After School Program)
Our VIP Club is our most structured and supportive after-school option.
Attendance: 5 days per week
Includes tutoring 4 days per week
VIP is ideal for students who need daily after-school coverage and a higher level of academic structure. Each week includes:
Four days of tutoring/homework support
Guided completion of weekly “newsletter” or classroom assignments
Study skills coaching
Daily organization checks (binders, folders, planners)
Support in communicating with teachers
Accountability for upcoming tests, projects, and missing work
VIP students receive consistent, hands-on support so families don’t have to spend evenings fighting about homework. It’s our highest-touch program and often the best fit for students who thrive with routine, structure, and daily academic assistance.
