Individual Tutoring (9-Session Package)

Our Individual Tutoring Program provides personalized, one-on-one academic support tailored to your child’s unique learning needs. Each student receives a fully customized learning plan based on the goals you share during registration, ensuring every session is purposeful, targeted, and aligned with both school expectations and long-term skill building.

Personalized Instruction

Before tutoring begins, families complete a brief intake where we gather:

• Academic concerns or priority subjects

• Current grades or teacher feedback

• Learning style preferences

• Short-term and long-term goals

• Any testing or accommodations your child may have

Using this information, your child’s tutor creates an individualized instruction plan to guide the nine-session program.

Subjects We Can Cover

Tutoring sessions can focus on one subject or rotate among several. Common topics include:

• English & Language Arts

• Reading Comprehension & Fluency

• Phonics & Early Literacy Skills

• Math (K–12) — foundational skills, grade-level standards, skill gaps, test prep

• Writing — structure, grammar, essays, creative writing, academic writing

• SAT/Standardized Test Prep

• Personal Development Coaching — organization, time management, study habits, confidence-building, executive functioning support

Sessions & Scheduling

This package includes:

• Nine (9) one-on-one tutoring sessions

• 45 minutes per session

• Flexible scheduling options — afternoons & evenings

• Option to continue with additional packages once the program is complete

After-Session Recaps for Every Family

Communication with families is a key part of our program.
After every session, your child’s tutor sends a concise summary that includes:

• Skills and concepts covered

• Strengths noted during instruction

• Areas that may need extra practice

• Suggested at-home reinforcement (if needed)

• Upcoming focus for the next session
