Red Hawk Academy

Red Hawk Academy provides a customizable, small-group learning experience for students in grades 1–8. Our certified and experienced educators teach with a strong understanding of child development, focusing on how students learn best while maintaining academic rigor and accountability.

We are not a therapeutic or special education program. Our model is designed for students who thrive in a focused, structured academic setting with personalized support.

Program Options (Grades 1–8)

Co-Op Program
A part-time academic option designed for families who want structured classroom instruction combined with flexibility. Students attend selected academic days while families maintain involvement in their overall educational plan.

5-Day Microschool Program
A full-time, private-school-style learning experience offering core academics, enrichment, and guided independent work in a small-group setting.

Class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure personalized attention, meaningful engagement, and consistent progress monitoring.

Academic Assessments & Planning

All students begin with an academic assessment to identify strengths, areas of challenge, and learning gaps. Assessment results are used to develop an individualized academic plan that guides instruction and goal-setting throughout the year.
